  Nails didn't come out looking nice, I got shellac and the Polish is all over the sides clumped up, they cut too much skin from my cuticles and my fingers are all sore. After I left I got to thinking about it and I didn't see any tools opened out of sterilized packs for me or my sister, they were taken right out of their tool kits. I got upgraded pedi and the massage was nothing more than having lotion thrown on you, even the hot stones were just rubbed around. There was no attempt at massage. There was nothing relaxing or pampering about the experience. Customer service was lacking, I felt like they were irritated about having to do my Mani/pedi. This was easily the worst experience I've ever had in a salon.
